The homeowner was interested in a refreshed and newly designed deck to replace an existing multi-story pressure treated deck. We removed the old deck, poured all new footings, and framed a new deck using AZEK mahogany decking with cortex and conceal lock fasteners. The deck is finished with AZEK railings, trim, and onsite fabricated pergola. The deck also had AZEK LED under rail and riser lighting system that utilizes a photovoltaic sensor to automatically turn on when the sun goes down.
